Ind Vs SA Nagpur Test : SA win toss, elect to bat

South Africa captain Graeme Smith won the toss and elected to bat against India in the first cricket Test of the two-match series at Nagpur on Saturday.

Spearhead Zaheer Khan gave South Africa early jolts as he got rid of opening pair of Ashwell Prince and skipper Graeme Smith in quick time in the first Test.

South Africa scored 43 runs for the loss 2 wickets, when reports last came in.

For India, S Badrinath and Wriddhiman Saha will make debut as VVS Laxman has not yet recovered from his finger injury and Rohit Sharma injured himself in the morning practice.
