Tallest building of New Delhi inaugurated

On Thursday, Union Home Minister P Chidambram inaugurated the tallest building of New Delhi which will house the office of Municipal Corporation of Delhi.

Expressing great pleasure in inaugurating Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Civic Centre, Chidambram remarked that the structure will be a landmark for many years to come.

Senior BJP leader LK Advani, Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit and Sushma Swaraj were also present on the occasion.

Talking in context of the Earth Day, Sheila Dikshit commended the Civic Centre for being an environment-friendly building.
