Balika Vadhu awarded the 'The Best Drama Series' at Apsara awards

Balika Vadhu has bagged “The Best Drama Series (Fiction)” award at Chevrolet Apsara Film and Television Producers Guild Awards which was unfolded on 8th Jan, 2010.

The Chevrolet Apsara Film and Television Producers Guild Awards is the Guild's endeavor to honor excellence in cinema and television by the stalwarts of the industry itself. Over the years, the Chevrolet Apsara Awards has acknowledged talent, perseverance, innovation and pure artistry. The night has seen over 30 awards being presented in categories of films and television. The Television industry is represented in the Best Non-Fiction Series, Best Drama Series (Fiction), Best Director - Fiction, Best Actress and Best Actor in a Drama Series.
