At Press Conference Tiger Woods Apologizes for his Behavior

Tiger Woods spoke on Friday at his scheduled press conference. Tiger read from a prepared statement. He took no questions. He said that he was “deeply sorry” and “foolish” for engaging in his infidelities. Tiger looked remorseful and emotional as he stared directly into the camera while reading his statement.

Tiger Woods confirmed that he has been in a rehabilitation program since December and he acknowledges that he still needs more help. Tiger Woods stated that he will be returning to rehab tomorrow.

Tiger said that his marriage and his family is the most important thing in his life. He stated that there had never been any domestic violence in his home. This is to quiet rumors that he and Elin may have had a physical altercation the night of his car accident back in November. Tiger also stated that his relationship with his wife will remain a private matter.

He sounded angry when he spoke about how the media follows his family everywhere, including disclosing the location where his 2 year old attends school.

At the end of the press conference Tiger walked over to his mother for a hug and shook the hands of many people sitting in the front row.
