IPL 3 : Chargers beat Daredevils by 10 runs

Defending champions Deccan Chargers Hyderabad continued their winning spree with an exciting 10-run victory over Delhi Daredevils at the Barabati stadium in Cuttack on Sunday.

The Chargers completed a hattrick of wins as they had defeated Kings XI Punjab and Chennai Super Kings in their previous two matches.

Delhi have lost their last three matches and are on four points from five matches.

Needing 172 runs to win, Delhi started their reply in explosive fashion as David Warner (57) smashed 20 runs in the second over.

Earlier, electing to bat after winning the toss, Rohit Sharma (45) played a typically hard-hitting innings as the Chargers recovered from a shaky start to post a competitive total of 171 runs for six.
