Shoaib gives written talaq to Ayesha Siddique

Pakistan Cricket Captain Shoaib Malik on Wednesday accepted his marriage with Ayesha alias Maha Siddique of Hyderabad and gave a written talaq, paving way for his second marriage with Indian Tennis star Sania Mirza slated on 15th April in Hyderabad.

After a 24-hour hectic patch-up deal worked out behind the scenes by Andhra Pradesh Minorities Minister Mohammed Ahmedullah with Women's Organisations and Clerics doing some hard groundwork, Shoaib Malik finally retracted from his denial mode and accepted that he had married Ayesha alias Maha Siddique earlier.

Ayesha had produced before the Police their Nikahnama of 3rd June 2002, at Sialkot in Pakistan.
