T-20 WC begins today

ICC World Twenty 20 championship begins on Friday with New Zealand taking on Sri Lanka at Providence stadium Guyana in West Indies.

The World T20 Championship gets underway in the Caribbean islands of West Indies later on Friday. Twelve teams are participating in the 17 day long tournament.

India placed in Group C along with new-comer Afghanistan and South Africa. India take on Afghansitan in St. Lucia on Saturday.
