Anna Hazare to end fast tomorrow

Social activist Anna Hazare who is on hunger strike at Ramlila ground from past twelve days is expected to end fast on Sunday morning, according to sources.

Seventy four year-old Hazare is on fast over JanLokpal bill, which will help rein in corruption in India.

Bowing down under pressure the UPA government discussed three main tenets of Janlokpal bill on Saturday in both the houses of parliament which was main demand of team Anna.

Lok Sabha adopts resolution on the sense of house accepting key demands of Anna Hazare on lower bureaucracy, state lokayuktas and power of lokpal to penalise grievance redressal mechanism violators.

The house adopted the resolution after closing remarks made by leader of house and finance minister Pranab Mukherjee in reply to the day's debate in Parliament.

Three main demands raised by team Anna were - inclusion of lower bureaucracy under Lokpal, citizen charter in every government department and appointment of Lokayuktas in every states.

Allmost all political parties agreed to this demand in the parliament.
